Problem: 
 The OSHA 300 Log for 2003 has 7 columns for input and the printed log only has 5 columns and the checkmarks do not line up
Solution: 

Problem is the input screen was designed around the original ASCII 300 specifications which included 7 columns. The output was revised when ASCII revised the standard to only have 5 columns.

  1. Download the program patch to correct your Xpress Comp OSHA 2003 Log.
  2. Correct any OSHA entries that were indicated as
    -Muscatel Dystrophy
    -Hearing Loss

NOTE: The OSHA 300 Log for 2004 and data for 2003 OSHA Log is not affected by this update
