A: Yes, but only if permitted by the administrator and only those endorsements specifically designated. Of the many endorsements currently available, only one or two may apply to any particular account, and those are only the endorsements the insured would have access to. For other insureds, no endorsements may be appropriate. We have taken every possible precaution to protect the integrity of this function. In fact, all policy and additional insured information automatically pre-fill from the certificate holder file onto the endorsement and cannot be altered or changed by the customer.
The administrator can also upload carrier specific or custom endorsements that may also be used within the program. This feature permits the administrator to self-service their individual endorsement needs on demand without reliance on our staff availability. And, it's free! |
