Q: How is the Certificate of Insurance set-up?
 
A: The insured's master certificates are set through the site's "Administration" menu. The certificates are customized to include the actual signatures of the authorized representatives, the insurance carriers, and all policy information. Once completed, the masters are instantly available on the eCertsONLINE network. Master certificate data cannot be changed by the insured. The insured only needs to select the appropriate certificate, add a holder and attach an endorsement if permitted, click Done, and ecertsONLINE does the rest. Also, if a change to a master certificate is required such as at policy renewal, the new information will immediately pre-fill to all subsequent certificates issued. The process is totally controlled at the Admin level, is done in real time, and requires no outside third party to make additions, changes, or deletions.
