| Q: If I am a General Agency, can I use eCerts ONLINE? |

| A: Yes, we have a module specific for General Agencies (GA). Access can be limited to the GA or given to the individual agency working with the GA. If the Agency is given acces, they too can add insureds, create the master certificate, add Interest Holders and issue the certificate. Additionally, the USER side is available on the GA Module for the insured. If the insured is given access, they can add Interest Holders to master certificates previously created and issue the certificate. |
