| A: Due to the design process, several layers of protection are automatically included. First, the insured cannot change the information provided by the administrator nor can the certificate itself be altered. Second, the administrator controls which type of certificate the insured may access and whether Additional Insureds may be named or whether they are expressly prohibited. Third, each insured has a unique ID and password that restricts access to any other customer's information so there is no possibility of crossover information. Fourth, internal security restricts access to specific functions based on the security level assigned. |
